is designed to purchase positions in promising investment
Pre-IPO opportunities
where a potential liquidity event (IPO,
merger,
acquisition,
re-capitalization,
etc.) has been identified. Working closely with
Amerigo Corporate Finance Partners, LLC, the Fund
has developed a strategy to sort through the myriad
of investment opportunities available to it to locate
positions that have pre-IPO potential or which may produce
significant returns to The Fund.
